Director of Operations, Evanston

Bridget brings a passion for hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences to her role as Director of Operations in Evanston. Originally from a small town in Minnesota, she grew up loving nature but was drawn to the energy of a big city. That led her to Chicago, where she studied education at Loyola University. While student teaching and working at Starbucks, Bridget quickly advanced to General Manager, then Area Manager for Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea, part of Infuse Hospitality.

At Fairgrounds, Bridget honed her skills in multi-unit operations, guest experience, and team leadership. She advanced to their Director of Operations in year 2. In this role she oversaw all locations while also serving as Director of Learning and Development for all of Infuse in years 3 and 4, expanding her expertise into full-service dining and national restaurant openings.

Bridget is excited to apply her leadership and operational expertise to a dynamic and growing team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, canoeing, traveling to scenic destinations, and spending quality time with her partner and dog.
